The homesites in Preston Hollow are nicely sized and usually larger than other homesites in nearby neighborhoods like University Park and Highland Park. An important benefit of living in Preston Hollow are the bigger homesites. These larger-sized homesites offer a greater level of privacy for residents plus they give homeowners more design options when building or remodeling a home in Preston Hollow.

Additionally, a larger homesite gives your custom homebuilder and architect more options when designing a floorplan for your new luxury custom home. Larger lot sizes make it possible for some residents to build desirable one-story homes or design a two-story home with the master suite and guest bedrooms on the first floor, along with downstairs media rooms or playrooms. If the homesite is vast and large enough, clients are afforded the opportunity to add extra garage space with storage or design a small separate residence (mother-in-law suite) which could be utilized for children returning from college, older family members that need assistance, a live-in nanny or housekeeping staff, or as a separate office.
